X-Factor was established by President/CEO Jim Watchel in early 2000.One truck and 15 years of experience in the pump jack industry was the beginning. Fast Forward to 2013 and X-Factor has grown into one of the most established privately owned pump jack service companies in the Pembina region.

Over the years X-Factor has been able to attain a high level of experience within the company. It’s core group of Sales and Management alone possess over 75 years of combined experience in the industry. The field staff also maintains a high level of experience with a combined experience of over 100th years in the industry.
